TheWoWDBHorde players can skip the first part of this quest line and instantly go to the Orfus of Kamagua to get the next quest and continue the line from that point since the NPC starting this quest doesn't tell the Horde anything except for continuously whining about the smell of the Alliance keep nearby.

This quest is alliance only. The follow ups are available to both factions though.
They changed the location of both Lunk-tusk (now just south of the Westguard Keep gate, 32.3, 46.8) and Orfus of Kamagua (now found at The Ancient Lift, 40.3, 60.3) in a recent build, and the in-game quest description is updated to reflect that,
just that Wowhead hasn't updated it yet.

Description
Hail, traveler. I am Lunk-tusk of the Kalu'ak. We are known as tuskarr to your people. My partner and I were recently sent up to investigate strange happenings along one of our hunting trails. It was when we approached the graveyard known as Shield Hill that we were attacked by the undead. I was lucky to make it to this camp, but I am uncertain as to what became of Orfus. We parted ways at the Ancient Lift, southeast of here along the cliff edge. Will you go see if he is ok?
