TheWoWDBIf you are wondering why Margrave Gharmal is unattackable it is because you will need to clear out the two mobs that spawn individually (kill one then the other spawns). Once you kill both then the cinematic will play defeating Margrave Gharmal and leading to the follow-up quest Take Heart.
If you are experiencing issues because the cinematic didn't display (sometimes addons auto-cancel cinematics) and can't do anything you will need to log out and back in order for the quest to register as complete and be able to turn in.

While trying to do this quest, after killing the second NPC sent for you to kill, I was unable to do anything. Couldn't move, and I was apparently pacified, though with no visible debuff causing this. I tried a /reload to fix it, which didn't help, but logging out and back in again set the quest as ready to be turned in, and I was able to move around as normal.
Kill the two adds circling him and you're done.
