If you're confused why your map shows this quest on top of the anima conductor, you need to take the portal to the overlook (the "roof" of the Seat of the Primus) and pick up the quest from Draka up there.

Also if you're confused after picking up the quest, where to turn in. You have to go back down, where most story quest chains start. Although the marker still shows that you should turn in on the roof, and the map downstairs doesn't show the questmarker either, once you start moving towards her, the guiding beacon shows up.
Really? They just gonna stand there and wait for me to go to the maw and back to get another renown?

With Bastion as our ally, we have the strength to crush Gharmal and the House of Constructs. We'll gather the supplies for the attack, but our soldiers need a great champion to follow into battle. Prove to them that you are the champion they seek.
