The object of this WQ is to collect 8 x [item=204437] which drop from [npc=203215]. (384K hp mobs in the quest area.) As you attack the [npc=203215] pieces of [item=204437] drop away from the mob and can be collected. If enough pieces have dropped to complete the WQ, it is not necessary to kill the mob, There appears to be very few of the mob in the WQ area and they appear to patrol up on the battlements, rather than at ground level. It appears that some armament racks may also appear at random, however they despawn as soon as one toon loots them.

As stated, lack of the right mobs but they do seem to drop 6 pieces of the armour, meaning you'll only need to find two mobs to fulfil the requisite 8 pieces for the quest.
