Spray live oozes in a cone in front of you with the extra action button and as soon as they "die," hit escape to quickly move to the next pack without having to go through the full channel. Can be done in ghost wolf form.

This quest is an obvious reference to the (adorable) game Slime Rancher, where you vac up slimes.
