Went into an instance to duo it and auto-got this quest. We are alliance, but it's marked as horde-specific (maybe old info?).
Anyways, we got into the instance and the quest auto-added to our quest log BUT after defeating each boss, the Dungeon progress marked it's own boss completed but the quest log remained 0/1 for each boss. Just a heads up that this quest is probably bugged right now (as of July 2020) and maybe it's bugged for just Alliance, cannot verify on Horde at the moment.

Description
Kael'thas' forces in the Botanica were unsuccessful in handling the numerous creatures contained within. We must take action to right their wrongs. The first step is to eliminate their forces so that they cannot cause further problems.

The mighty Tempest Keep was created by the enigmatic naaru: sentient beings of pure energy and the sworn enemies of the Burning Legion.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: Commander Sarannis, High Botanist Freywinn, Thorngrin the Tender, Laj, Warp Splinter.
Entrance: Tempest Keep, Netherstorm at 71.8, 54.8.
