Fate-Twister Seress offers four (4) ways to obtain your three (3) Seal of Tempered Fate per week to be used for bonus rolls during raids. Some follower missions in your garrison also reward seals and currently don't appear to count against your weekly total.

The cost per seal increases each time you repeat a quest that uses the same currency. Please note that the costs have been fluctuating in the beta build to build; I'll keep this updated to reflect the changes.

Description

That extravagant fortification you built is impressive. Tell me, does it keep all the bad things away? Yes? How about an exchange for a bit of fate? A wall can be thick enough, but one is never lucky enough. Besides, safety can be so overpriced... Remember, you can only obtain three seals per week. This counts as one of those three. Next week, I may have others.
