Fate-Twister Seress offers four (4) ways to obtain your three (3) Seal of Tempered Fate per week to be used for bonus rolls during raids. Some follower missions in your garrison also reward seals and currently don't appear to count against your weekly total.

The cost per seal increases each time you repeat a quest that uses the same currency. Please note that the costs have been fluctuating in the beta build to build; I'll keep this updated to reflect the changes.

Description

Gold is indeed treasure, but additional treasure for gold? That's the offer I present. A Seal of Twisted Fate twists time, providing a burst of additional luck just when you need it. Remember, you can only obtain three Seals of Twisted Fate per week. This counts as one of those three. Next week, I may have others.
