TheWoWDBFate-Twister Seress offers four (4) ways to obtain your three (3) Seal of Tempered Fate per week to be used for bonus rolls during raids. Some follower missions in your garrison also reward seals and currently don't appear to count against your weekly total.
The cost per seal increases each time you repeat a quest that uses the same currency. Please note that the costs have been fluctuating in the beta build to build; I'll keep this updated to reflect the changes.

There is no sane player that would choose to use another set of quests (Gold, Honor, GR) to get the seals than Apexis Crystals when you weight how easy is to get 3500 Apexis Crystals on 6.2.
In one day doing just what is needed to finish the Voljin / Prophet quests and the Order of the Awakened you get 4k+ for sure.
Numbers may be higher or lower depending on the daily quests, but you will always get 3 quests at 800 from Faction daily and 1500 from the Arakkoa guy.

If you manage to find some crystals, we can make a deal. Remember, you can only obtain three seals per week. This counts as one of those three. Next week, I may have others.
