Easiest - maybe. Closest? Noway :) The fastest way to get the bone is to kill Blighted Proto-Drakes in the Storm Peaks. It is certain risk though, as there are just 4 drakes, so in case you're really unlucky (about 6% chance), neither of them might drop the bone, and you'll have to wait for repop (about 5 mins). So if you're really short on time (dailies reset in some 5 mins or so), you'd better to go for Stormpeak Wyrms, as there are a lot of them.
