TheWoWDBHe has a very hard-hitting spout attack, but it is currently hard-to-see/buggy. When he does his Fuel Torrent ability, keep behind him. As a 300 tank, I was two-shotted by this.

If you are a ranged class (warlock, hunter) with a pet, you can actually climb up the cliff behind him from the left side, so that the [spell=279031] won't hit you, the NPC is actually stationary and only rotates in his fuel pool.
Does not matter where you stand though, you still have to dodge the aoe indicating attack.
I haven't tried it without the pet but perhaps even that could work.
This trick still works (as disc priest), thanks! Still have to run out of Grease Spray and Surging Crude spots on the ground. But Fuel Torrent is what was killing me down on the ground (very difficult to see).
