I just did a world quest against him and was awarded 104 war resources with war mode on. 95 war resources with war mode off. That said, he's a mean level 122 shooting lightning balls for real damage and tossing you into riflemen and some elite non-rare npc with a bunch of HP. He killed me a couple of times as an ilevel 339 vengeance demon hunter and I've solo'd pairs of 122s and 122s with 10 second stuns. This guy is about jumping out of the way of lightning balls, killing the elite mob and some of the trash on the way in, and maybe have a guildie with you for good measure. A guildie priest helped me out with some heals and dps and we both got our 104 war resources. Also I'm horde and my explore stormsong valley lit up when I got to this corner of the map, so there's that too. And a treasure chest that had 20 war resources on a ship maybe 100 yards north.
