Don't skimp on picking up the Soulbreaker Traps around the quest area. Even if you don't need their help in killing the mobs, just picking them up counts for about 2.5% toward the quest objective (whereas most mobs count for only 1-1.5%).
This one took me ages and don't bother engaging the boss as she doesn't count.
This is the first at-level, supposedly soloable Shadowlands quest/objective I could not do on my mage. Slows and frost novas were completely negated by the mobs' abilities, and they ate through my shields in a single attack.
