RSVP: Stonehead

**NOTE: you may first need to befriend Stonehead by completing the quest “Snacks for Stonehead”, which also awards the “Best Bud With Benefits” achievement and gets him to stop tossing you around when you want to cross the gate... **.

RSVP: Stonehead is a Venthyr Covenant Ember Court quest which allows you to invite Stonehead, the big bad giant that likes to toss you through the Ember Ward gate, as a guest to the Ember Court weekly activity.

You can get Stonehead as a guest option through the normal weekly suggested guest list or by luck of the draw through purchasing and using a Blank Invitation from Lady Ilinca located in your Ember Court.

Upon speaking to Stonehead to invite him he will tell you he can't leave his post. You will then gather the quest items below and forge a permission slip in the same area by interacting with the Venthyr Writing Desk.

Quest Items:
1. 4 Blank Parchments – Clickable scrolls scattered around the ground and debris.
2. 1 Venthyr-Calligraphy Set – Dropped by Forbidden Dissectors, Trappers, and Researchers

Stonehead will confirm his attendance at the next soiree when you turn in the quest by speaking with him.

I found this confusing when Stonehead appeared on my invitation list, as no quest appeared to get the RSVP. So, you have to go to Stonehead himself (the big giant that throws you out of the gate), pick up the stone that is to the right of the steps on the left hand side of the gates when standing behind him. This acts as a disguise and either let’s you pass through the gate or get close enough to a crystal on his left which gives you the quest Snacks for Stonehead. After that, simple.

If you are looking for his invitation for the first time ...

First get the [object=346045] which gives you a disquise for 10 minutes that allows you to get close enough to [npc=157199] (behind him) for the [object=346046] which gives you the quest Snacks for Stonehead. Once you turn in that quest, you will earn the achievement Best Bud With Benefits and receive this quest RSVP: Stonehead.
