When you arrive, scare off someone with weights, they will drop two weights.
Stand between the weights looking towards the guy with the completion bar - you have to get to 100
Pick up a weight - that adds point.
Pick up the other weight, the first weight will appear back on the ground for you to pick up again.
Do this until the bar fills and get your prize.
