Small oversight... You cannot get back into the Buried Vault if you leave before the quest is complete. We had to use a Warlock to get back in.

Currently you cannot get back inside the Buried Vault if you leave via Rupert, the Gentleman Elemental. I had to abandon the quest(s) and fly away from the Dragonscale Camp to have Rupert respawn.
Once the quests are completed and you return to the Dragonscale Camp Rupert does not give you the option to return, so make sure to farm your Endmites!
Edit: The following day the world quest Ending Their Watch appeared which allows you to return to the Buried Vault. If you missed anything don't worry, you can eventually get back!
i cant get to the place and accept this quest :(
i turned in Bringing Disorder to Order and then left, now the NPC doesnt have the option to teleport me back. i can see the quest icon on map but no where to get there, any tips?

What to do
Description
This vault is of Black Dragon make which means its contents are my flight's property. Normally I would have suggested we venture in together, but I was not expecting aggressive watchers. I will protect Rupert while you search for artifacts for us to examine. To keep you safe, I will cast a spell on you I use when fighting the gronn.

- Healing Crystals
Greetings! Apologies if I seem... distracted. I have been beside myself worrying about my injured friends. But maybe you, gentle<class>, can assist us? Narvra needs aid in healing us. Shards from crystal elementals have healing properties.

- Bringing Disorder to Order
How incredibly rude! I know we did not bring gifts, but this is hardly the way to greet visitors! There is no excuse for such terrible manners! Scoundrels! Cads! Brutes! <Rupert coughs into his hand.> What I meant to say was these watchers appear to be a threat.
