Caught in Scholazar Basin near the flight point ( Marvin Wobblesprocket ) coords 50.1,61.5 .

Phantom Ghostfish seems to be a random catch, i caught it not in a nettlefish pool which populates the area, but just fishing in the open water.

Phantom Ghostfish must be used within 1 min or it dissapears from your bag and you must fish again for it. after eating the fish the quest completes.

By the way, eating the phantom ghostfish turns you invisable for a brief time.

This fish is caught in the middle of Sholazar Basin (50,61). Eat the fish within 1 minute of catching it to complete the quest.

Description

Any Northrend angler worth his salt knows about the pygmy suckerfish. It's not edible, but sometimes useful to alchemists. There is, however, a stealthy fish that hides among the suckerfish in the River's Heart of Sholazar Basin. The phantom ghostfish. When out of water, they become increasingly translucent until they fade away completely. Some hypothesize they return to Sholazar, and others are more... superstitious. I want you to catch this fish and discover its secret by any means!
