TheWoWDBTo obtain rank 1 of Astral Glory ([item=151856] / The Glory of Argus), it seems you must complete Argus quest line up to the point, when you get a beacon to Krokul Hovel. This is logical, as the quest is being turned in at Alchemist Funen in Krokul Hovel - therefore you must unlock this location. I've farmed hundreds of astral glories on my alt before learning this.
