The Great Swog

The Great Swog is located in a cave at /way 82, 72 in Ohn'ahran Plains.

The quest to unlock his goods starts when you fish up the item Rusted Coin of the Isles. This appears to be possible at any Dragon Isles fishing level from 10-100. (Please leave a comment if you get it below level 10! I have yet to find anyone.) Once you have turned in the Rusted Coin, Swog will offer you a choice of five items, which are purchased with copper, silver, and gold coins. You can fish these up around the Dragon Isles. In general, it seems best to save and trade your coins toward an Immaculate Sac purchase. But I did get a useful recipe out of one of my Weighted bags...so take your pick. It's a game of chance. Good luck and have fun! Swog's Goods include...

Coins
*Silver Coin of the Isles. Cost: Fifteen Copper Coin of the Isles.
*Gold Coin of the Isles. Cost: Five Silver Coin of the Isles.

Treasure Bags
*Regurgitated Sac of Swog Treasures. Cost: One Copper Coin of the Isles. Contains: Mine have only had a couple fish per sack.
*Weighted Sac of Swog Treasures. Cost: One Silver Coin of the Isles. Contains: Varies. Mine have contained anything from a couple crafting reagents to a useful recipe for my profession.
*Immaculate Sac of Swog Treasures. Cost: One Gold Coin of the Isles. Contains: Varies. My experience is that these bags can contain fish, recipes, crafting reagents, and treasure items. Most people seem to have received Aquatic Shades. Some received Soggy Clump of Darkmoon Cards.

Note: Once you have done the initial quest, you can vendor or destroy any further Rusted Coin of the Isles. The copper, silver, and gold coins also have a vendor price.

I know this is going to sound like crazy talk but hear me out... What if he just could have had one type of coin and the bags cost 1, 15 and 75 instead of wasting my bag space with multiple coins...
