TheWoWDBPrevious Quest: Before the Dawn

Note: Some people have reported it bugging while in a group. In order to fix this you will have to leave group and complete it solo. Personally, I didn't have this issue but it is possible.Once you have picked up the quest talk to [npc=164473] and choose the dialog "I am." Upon doing this you will start a scenario and giving the spell [spell=331499] (transforms into two other abilities as you use it) as an Extra Action Button Stage 1 requires you to move up the stairs.
Stage 2 requires you to clear the entire courtyard by filling the meter to 100%. Essentially you'll clear the whole area in front of you. It's easier if you follow your fellow Kyrian as they help you dps the mobs down too.
Stage 3 starts and [npc=165181] will now send down [npc=166169] and [npc=166170] down to the ground and you will need to defeat them. Pulling one will pull both. After defeating both [npc=166169] and [npc=166170] then [npc=165181] will have her side fire you with a barrage almost killing you, which the Kyrian will heal you back to full after.
Stage 4 will have you needing to push forward to go to [npc=165280] by going to the left. You can't go straight and jump over as Blizzard has blocked it for this scenario with an invisible barrier. Ignore the mobs that [npc=166341] as they keep respawning. Clear out the 3 mobs and then head down the stairs.
Once you have reached the bottom of the stairs Stage 5 will start. Defeat the mobs there by waiting for them to activate and come to you.
After you have stopped [npc=165280] you will need to head to teleporter pad located in the lower area behind where [npc=165280]. You can either head left and fight mobs to get to it or you can go to the cliff that was behind [npc=165280] and jump down heading to the teleporter pad and bypassing all the mobs. Clicking on the teleport pad will take you to the Citadel of Doubt.
After [npc=166046] hits 60% (mine triggered at 58.2%) she will then fly away. After [npc=166046] flees you will turn around and head to the teleport pad where you will click on [npc=166609] who will fly you back to Elysian Hold.
Upon landing in Elysian Hold you will need to head up the stairs to finish defeating [npc=166052]. At around 35% (mine triggered roughly 32%) [npc=166052] will transform growing bigger and gaining new abilities. Keep dps'ing her down and around 10% (was triggering at 8%) she will become stationary and kneel to where you continue dps'ing her but she doesn't attack and around 5% she auto dies. I'm stuck on Stage 5. The robot just isn't interactable. Maybe I'm stupid and missed something, but I think its bugged for me.
Unable to reset at it just restarts me at stage 5.
When it says "Rally to Elysian Hold" do NOT hearth back. You have to click the floating glowing dude (Chyrus) or you'll be walking all the way back to complete the quest.

Description
The Forsworn are our former brothers and sisters in arms...our former kin. But we must see this through. We will hit them from all sides. Fight well, but do not forget that Lysonia is our ultimate objective. If she does not fall, then she will recruit more to their cause in time. Follow the path, {name}.

I remember this particular soul...Uther. Devos brought him before us some time ago. She pleaded her case about his soul having a connection to the Maw. She then took him under wing, ascending him before he was ready. He became her other hand alongside Lysonia, as it were.
