The progress text is a reference to The Princess Bride, and the character of Vizzini the Sicilian, who seems somewhat infatuated with the term "Inconceivable!" to say the least.
There is at least one more reference to The Princess Bride in relation to Blackrock Spire; when you complete Blackhand's Command for the Blackwing Lair attunement quest, the completion text says "Have fun storming the castle!", a quote from Miracle Max to the heroes as they head toward the final confrontation with the villain.
Apparently cutting his head off and hanging it from the arches of Stormwind / Pike in Orgrimmar wasn't enough! Nefarian is fabled to return in the Cataclysm expansion.. Perhaps he will have a thick array of stitches around his neck.
