TheWoWDBFirst off you CAN complete this quest in LFR cause i have just done it on LFR.
Secondly go back to Shal'aran there you will receive Fate of the Nightborne#comments from Cheif Telemancer Oculeth.
There you will get a nice bit of RP then you hand in the quest and the mount is yours.

Yet another IDIOTIC jerk designed this quest to turn in inside the raid before you leave. WTF, they used to have quests that were auto turn-in when they completed inside a dungeon, the window would just come up. It's not this one only, but the one in Trial of Valor is the same way. What is up with these Dev's brains? I'd love to see numbers on how many people that hate to raid had to go re-join a raid just to turn the stupid quest in. Blizzard SERIOUSLY needs to get a clue about stupidness like this.

Description
