Yeah we're not friends though, so i'm not talking too you, though you just killed an eternal god.
As of 4.0.3 Anachronos is moved to the big platform in the middle of the Caverns of time. Just fly down and find him in the middle.
The quest-ion mark on the map still is in the old place though, don't get confused...
