Tipping the Scales is a quest for level 10-70. It rewards 1 reward item, 1 reputation reward and 9,500 experience.
Our scale bracers are finely crafted and highly in demand. I am finding it difficult to keep up with all of the orders! Would you lend your skill in replenishing my supply?

Your equipped [item=193393] will count too and handing in the quest can remove your bracers from your wrist.
[npc=185551] may undress you literally. Beware. ^^
