TheWoWDBIn Kyrian Covenant I completed this quest and the objective it shows in Elysian Hold at 54.97, 40.69 has no quest giver there to complete the quest. I looked on top, on bottom, ran around the entire Elysian Hold base and did not find anyone to turn the quest into.
I clearly completed it by doing the world quest. It shows "Bastion Defended (Complete)" and the filled in gold flag with the blue question mark.
Tried reloading and relogging.

Interestingly, killing Amarth in The Necrotic Wake does NOT give dungeon boss kill credit towards this Calling. If you try to complete The Necrotic Wake as your dungeon to finish the Calling you will only finish the dungeon with 75% completion.
Check if Beasts of Bastion is available @ /way 55.33, 80.14 . The event, with 20% per kill, will complete the entire quest.

Description
Sometimes we must look inward to find true darkness. Here, in Bastion, where once there was harmony, now we face many foes. Today, we root them out. Head into the golden fields, with your weapon in hand. Cleanse us of these foul creatures, aid our forces when they have need of you. In the name of the Archon.
