To complete this quest you need to meet Kleia at Hero's Rest.
You actually need to travel to 56.06 52.89 spot, where you need to use teleportation pad to be transfered to Hero's Rest.
Its small quest hub, there are some side quests can be picked up, also dont forget to unlock the flight master.
