TheWoWDBTo complete this quest you need to meet Kleia at Hero's Rest.
You actually need to travel to 56.06 52.89 spot, where you need to use teleportation pad to be transfered to Hero's Rest.
Its small quest hub, there are some side quests can be picked up, also dont forget to unlock the flight master.

I present By the Archon's Will part of The Path to Ascension Storyline Quest Chain in Bastion. This storyline maby is buget, I finish only 2 Quest to complit it. The other quest like you see in wowhead are part of next storyline.
