Don't go into that cave with a port. It is a side-track trail, not this quest. Go upward to the left as you face the cave, and this will lead you up to Brogozog.
Nearest flightpoint is actually Shackels Den. Also the way from there is easier and with less monsters. From Shackels Den follow the northwestern road cross the water. Follow the path marked with torches (north). At the crosroad turn right. When you reach Garden of Elune turn North towards coord: 60,0 48,9. From there follow the path West - past the tree - at the crossroad turn right and youre there.
