I was helped by buying [item=139496] from a nearby NPC [npc=93544]
On turn-in, he says "Did you remember to cross your Ts and dot your lower-case Js?"
I could be completely mistaken, but this may be a reference to Wayne's World 2; I vaguely recall a bit where they encountered a guy with two differently-colored eyes, and they were going to say something about intending to "Cross every t and dot every i," but then they slowed down when the man eyed them down moodily, like he was daring them to make an i/eye joke. So, instead they finish with "...dot every lower-case J."
Or maybe people say "lower-case J" all the time and I have somehow managed to miss it, haha!

Description
Ah, a fellow scribe! You don't look too dim, so how 'bout you and I work together in an effort to discover what we can about the Broken Isles? (That's the big mass of islands we're floating over.) However! I never agree to a partnership without getting all the requisite legalities out of the way. Sign this for me and we're in business.
