You don't have to kill anything or even attack.
How this fight works is that all three Bees start the fight with a 10 round cooldown on their Sting attack, which kills them instantly when used. All you have to do is survive for 10 rounds, then survive 3 Sting hits.
For an easy victory, use something like a Crab or Anubisath Idol, throw up their shield/sandstorm on cooldown, then pass your turns (attack animations are a waste of time). The first Bee can't even break through this with damage, then swap to a magic pet on Round 10 and pass those turns as well.
Very easy and fast fight when you understand how it works.
So Wowhead says to defeat Grixis Tinypop, the in-game quest tracker is telling me to defeat Edwin Malus, and the actual NPC I'm battling is Michael Skarn.
