You need to craft 10x Thermo-Accelerated Plague Spreader which at rank 2 means, 80xMonelite Ore, 30xChemical Blasting Cap and 50xInsulated Wiring which currently ain't worth it in my oppinion.
So unless you want the Thermo-Accelerated Plague Spreader for use, wait doing it till you at least have leveled your Engineering, instead of wasting the ore.
Note: If you're leveling Engineering and the rank 2 recipe is still orange, make 10 instead of the F.R.I.E.D. to use for the WQ later.
You need to make 10x of these to get the rank 3 -- so I would recommend that when leveling from 1 , you make 10 of these and set them aside!
