The "When Time Needs Mending" quest can only be completed once per account per week. It cannot be completed again until after the weekly reset occurs. This is working as intended.
My alts are not able to get this quest. I am wondering if there is some quest chain that needs to be done before this weekly is unlocked? thanks for the help.
