Where the reagents come from
Sunglass Vial. Made with Sunglass Vial (Jewelcrafting, Midnight Jewelcrafting) from 5
Crystalline Glass and 1
Dusk-Shrouded Stone. At lowest listed prices that makes one Sunglass Vial for 47 gold2 silver, against 3 gold listed. Lowest listed price by quality rank: rank 1 3 gold and rank 2 224 gold83 silver. Also a required reagent in 27 other recipes (24 Alchemy and 3 Enchanting); Cauldron of Sin'dorei Flasks takes the most, 20 per craft.
Tranquility Bloom. No recipe, Blizzard quest reward or dungeon journal drop in our game data produces it. Lowest listed price by quality rank: rank 1 1 gold76 silver and rank 2 1 gold94 silver. Also a required reagent in 25 other recipes (20 Alchemy, 3 Herbalism, 1 Leatherworking and 1 Cooking); the most per craft: Empowered Mulch (Herbalism, 20 per craft), Eversong Botanist's Satchel (Leatherworking, 10 per craft), Imbued Mulch (Herbalism, 10 per craft), Alluring Nostrum (Alchemy, 8 per craft) and Amani Extract (Alchemy, 8 per craft).

Reading these numbers
At current lowest listed prices the 2 reagents for one craft of Enlightenment Tonic cost 20 gold28 silver. Most of that is Sunglass Vial - 5 at 3 gold each, 15 gold, 74.0% of the whole basket. Watch that one price and you have watched most of this recipe.
Break-even is 21 gold34 silver per craft, 4 gold26 silver per item at 5 items a craft - below that listed price the craft loses gold once Blizzard’s 5% cut is taken. The crafted item’s lowest listed price is 4 gold44 silver, which clears it.
At that listed price the gross margin before fees is 1 gold92 silver; the Auction House would keep 1 gold11 silver of a sale, leaving 81 silver. That is an estimated 4.0% return on the gold you put into reagents, after the cut has taken 57.8% of the gross.
Listing depth right now: 9,771 units across 74 auctions region-wide. Depth separates a market price from a single asking figure, but listings are not sales, so read it alongside the estimate.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
