Entropy Enhancer quality ranks
Entropy Enhancer comes in 3 quality ranks, and each rank is its own item on the Auction House. The recipe’s base crafting difficulty is 410.
| Rank | Item | Lowest listed price | Listings (US) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rank 1 | Entropy Enhancer | 86 gold53 silver | 22 listings, 84 units |
| Rank 2 | Entropy Enhancer | 57 gold81 silver | 19 listings, 1,526 units |
| Rank 3 | Entropy Enhancer | 150 gold76 silver | 28 listings, 3,151 units |
The crafting estimate above is the base comparison: rank 1 reagents against the rank 1 result. Your skill and the reagents’ ranks decide which rank a craft actually makes, so a higher rank is never priced against rank 1 reagents here. Right now rank 1 lists above rank 2, so a craft that comes out at a higher rank is worth less at today’s listings, not more.

Reading these numbers
At current lowest listed prices the 4 reagents for one craft of Entropy Enhancer cost 47 gold48 silver. Most of that is Bismuth - 4 at 7 gold each, 28 gold, 59.0% of the whole basket. Watch that one price and you have watched most of this recipe.
Break-even is 49 gold97 silver - below that listed price the craft loses gold once Blizzard’s 5% cut is taken. The crafted item’s lowest listed price is 86 gold53 silver, which clears it.
At that listed price the gross margin before fees is 39 gold5 silver; the Auction House would keep 4 gold32 silver of a sale, leaving 34 gold72 silver. That is an estimated 73.1% return on the gold you put into reagents, after the cut has taken 11.1% of the gross.
Listing depth right now: 84 units across 22 auctions region-wide. Depth separates a market price from a single asking figure, but listings are not sales, so read it alongside the estimate.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
