Crafting estimate at current listings
At current lowest listed prices one craft shows an estimated profit of 3 gold13 silver, but the crafted item’s listing is far from its 30-day median (see below).

- Evidence: 18 current listings holding 812 units of the crafted item in the US region. We see listings, not sales, so how many sell and at what price is unknown.
- Outlier: the crafted item’s lowest listing is 6.5 times its 30-day median of 24 silver, so this estimate rests on a listing far above its usual level.
- Items per craft: the game’s spell data creates 7 per craft, so the listed value of one craft is that many times the lowest listed price.

Reading these numbers
At current lowest listed prices the 4 reagents for one craft of Mon'Dazi cost 7 gold24 silver. Most of that is Wild Flour - 10 at 38 silver each, 3 gold80 silver, 52.5% of the whole basket. Watch that one price and you have watched most of this recipe.
Break-even is 7 gold62 silver per craft, 1 gold8 silver per item at 7 items a craft - below that listed price the craft loses gold once Blizzard’s 5% cut is taken. The crafted item’s lowest listed price is 1 gold56 silver, which clears it.
At that listed price the gross margin before fees is 3 gold68 silver; the Auction House would keep 54 silver60 copper of a sale, leaving 3 gold13 silver. That is an estimated 43.3% return on the gold you put into reagents, after the cut has taken 14.8% of the gross.
Listing depth right now: 812 units across 18 auctions region-wide. Depth separates a market price from a single asking figure, but listings are not sales, so read it alongside the estimate.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
