TheWoWDBDoes anyone know how to unlock these? It says "recycling", but there is nothing on the recycling spec tree about housing decor.

UPD: I spec-ed into recycling, put 5 points in, now the middle of the 'wheel' says "Recycling now has the chance to teach you new whimsical recipes (while supplies last). I recycled 20k worth of mats, 0 recipes.
I played around with different materials to "Recycle" and learned a bunch of recipes, but its going to be a random mix of Bits, Bots, and Decor as far as I can tell
