For crafting all [item=94111] weapons, you will need to be on the Isle of Thunder; within The Thunder Forge subzone; but most importantly, inside the forge area within the doors just past [npc=69461]. The map location is 60, 28.

[item=94111] is created via a once a day CD of combing 10x Ghost Iron Bar. This also provides a chance at discovering one of the below recipes.
