Sort of. You actually learn the 463 recipes when you first get the quest. Once you make a 463 weapon, you learn the 476 version, which requires the lower version as one of the mats to make it. When you make the 476 version, you learn the 502 version, which requires the 476 version as one of the mats to craft it. So choose wisely which weapon you want to make, one that will serve you or sell for huge coin in the AH, and stick with that line until you max out the recipe tree at 502.

For crafting all [item=94111] weapons, you will need to be on the Isle of Thunder; within The Thunder Forge subzone; but most importantly, inside the forge area within the doors just past [npc=69461]. The map location is 60, 28.
