July 2017 and still not in the game :( Would be sooooo awesome to polymorph your enemy into a peacock!
When I encounter a Mage in PvP and get turned into one of these I'll be thinking of this.
Tooltip
Transforms the enemy into a peacock, wandering around incapacitated for 1 min. While affected, the victim cannot take actions but will regenerate health very quickly. Damage will cancel the effect. Limit 1.
Only works on Beasts, Humanoids and Critters. When critters are affected, can affect multiple targets, and has a duration of 1 day.

Now when we polymorph in PvP, the enemies will call FOWL! -ducks-... -double ducks-
Does anyone know how to get this one?
