Sindragosa's Fury

Summons Sindragosa, who casts frost breath ONCE for less than a howling blast/frost strike and decimates your selected target's on cast atk speed by 50% (may apply in a 4yard cone aoe, difficult to test) for 10 seconds....seems to be a last ditch effort aoe grinding spell/utility to aide the offtank on massive number of aoe mobs.

Still 5 minute cooldown for a bit weaker than howling blast (but if you spec howling blast to be single target only this becomes a major aoe back up) is pretty underwhelming, her visual is just for about half a second to a second, and a bit more impressive than the level 100 talent breath of sindragosa for showing off sindragosa. It may or may not have DRs on AoE and if it doesn't this will be a go to ability for select fights when soloing old raids.

But as it stands its underwhelming, hopefully in future builds she attacks more than once!

Summons Sindragosa, who breathes frost on all enemies within 40 yd in front of you, dealing (2000% of Attack power) Frost damage and slowing movement speed by 50% for 10 sec.

welp 2000% is way better for a 5 min cool down
