Death KnightInteresting thing about the this spell is that it uses similar casting animation as it was shown in Warcraft III by Death Knight hero. You cast the bolt while wielding the sword, as if it is tossed by the sword.

The Warlock form is based on the Death Coil that orc Death Knights used in Warcraft II, there it also healed the caster for the damage done.
This version of Death Coil is more in line with Arthas' ability in Warcraft III--which also damaged enemies and healed friendly undead units.
How do we explain away the retcon which produced the warlock form?
