You probably mean shield block value, rolfeder.
I use this enchant on my aggro gloves, which are iron gauntlets of the maiden with two 8 hit rating gems. I use them for fights where I would otherwise be rage starved and lacking sufficient threat for second for my DPS. I recommend all tanks make an aggro and maximum tanking set. It really helps out. For your aggro set, stack hit, expertise, and shield block value.
