TheWoWDBYou cannot get this recipe unless you are a rogue. I took two characters up there, a rogue and a druid, and the rogue was able to see the pattern, but not the druid. It's not limited supply, so unless my druid has poor eyesight, she can't get it.

This item now scales with level.
If you are below level 40, it still restores a maximum of 100 energy.
Beyond that, it restores two fewer energy for each level above 40 you are.
An easier version of the formula on it is 2 * (90 - your level) to figure out the amount of energy restored.
So lvl 41 = 98 energy, 50 = 80 energy, 60 = 60 energy, 65 = 50 energy, and 70 = 40 energy restored.
This is the one and only cooking recipe in the game that my shaman doesn't have. And as a completionist - that makes me a sad panda...
