How it works
Apocalypse Protocol is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 2 sec, 20 times over the full 40 sec.
- Effect 3 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Flames of the Forge.
- Effect 4 is effect type 137, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is -100.
What it does
Apocalypse Protocol is a spell with a 2.3 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 40 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 2 sec. It also casts Flames of the Forge.
