Calls a meteor down on a location. The meteor impacts after 7 sec sec., inflicting 147.776 Fire damage immediately and an additional 53.8485 Fire damage every 2 sec sec. for 1 min to any players hit. This effect stacks.

If no players are hit by the falling meteor, it will cause Armageddon Blast.
