TheWoWDBUgh, this is annoying. Both Wowhead and my unlearned tab for my engineering states that it takes 110 skill to learn how to make these. When I actually go to the trainer, it tells me it takes 125.

I cant even learn rank 1. I am 143 engineering. I am exalted with 7th legion and revered with every other faction in BFA. I am able to buy ranks 2 and 3 of all the goggles but I cant get rank 1? what is going on here?
Rank 1 is taught by the Engineering trainer [npc=136059] in Boralus (or wherever the Horde equivalent is). It requires Kul Tiran Engineering 115 and is 90 gold
