TheWoWDBAs shown by the drop rate, this doesn't drop or appear very often. It took me over 12 months to finally get my hands on a copy of this. (Very cheaply too I might add.) So don't hold your breath waiting for this to appear.
As for an AH price for either the pattern or the made item, I have no idea.
