that 25sec cast time is sooooo irritating, i can go for coffee and come back to see the first one being finished :S
It will provide you with 15 cheap tailoring points and also conserves your bolts of mageweave.
Will stay orange till 245 so no worries about not getting points until that time. by that time you only need 5 more tailoring points and you can start on runecloth.I do advice after you start to "Create: 15" of these to go watch some tv or make a sandwich or something. the cast time is incredibly long.
