How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 8 times over the full 4 sec. It triggers Blade Flurry.

What it does

Blade Flurry is a spell with a 1.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 7 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Blade Flurry (record #128097).
