TheWoWDBI just crafted 2 of these, one for me, one for the AH. As I used the item it my bag it consumed both, so be careful about how you use this at the moment. I submitted the bug and hopefully this doesn't waste too many people's mats before it's fixed.

I crafted four of this item yesterday 30/12 2016 (patch 7.1.0) and this item no longer stacks which appears to have fixed the bug described by Terbasmin and Nahela
So just adding another report here, I crafted 5 of these the other day. This morning I log on and my 5 stack has become 1. I did use one of them separately before crafting the other 5, so something is definitely amiss. Strongly recommend not making these until you're immediately going to use them.
