How it works

Bright Light is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

What it does

Bright Light is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 2 sec. It also casts Bright Light (record #133738) and Bright Light (record #139129).
